If you're a new author or you haven't yet "hit it big", we have some very important things in common – we both have big dreams and limited resources. So, while I would love to provide this service for free, the reality is that there are material costs that must be covered.

- We are a good fit to work together
- You have at least one active social media account
- You agree to publish at least 2 posts featuring your new Signature Scent Wax Melt
- I am able to meet your desired timeline
- You are located in the US

This covers costs for materials and shipping required for the scent creation process. There are no surprise costs or hidden fees.
FAQs
How long does the Signature Scent creation process take?
The length of the entire collaboration process depends on many factors, but it is typically 1 to 2 months from signed collaboration agreement to your Signature Scent Wax Melt launch.
Can I be involved in the scent creation process?
Yes, absolutely! I will walk you through each step of the process, which will look something like this:
- We will work together to define the scent profile you want for your book.
- Once the scent profile has been defined, I will create 3-5 different scents that match that profile and mail the resulting wax melt samples to you.
- You will choose your favorite from the samples and that will become your Signature Scent Wax Melt formula.
Are the ingredients in your wax melts safe and eco-friendly?
Wax: I use a soy-paraffin blend wax. This combination offers excellent scent throw while incorporating some renewable resources.
Fragrance: I use only phthalate-free fragrance oils.
Glitter/mica: For those who want a touch of sparkle, I offer a variety of options including eco-glitter.
Packaging: The plastic clamshells and waterproof bookmark label are recyclable.
Can I order more wax melts after my initial order?
Yes, your Signature Scent Wax Melt will have it's own product page where you'll be able to order additional wax melts. If you would like to order in bulk, please contact me for estimated production time.
Will my Signature Scent be exclusive to me?
Yes. Your Signature Scent is uniquely formulated just for you and will not be reused for any other Signature Scent as long as your Signature Scent is being sold by me.
What if I want more than one Signature Scent?
The price listed on this page is for the development of one Signature Scent, but I'm happy to collaborate on more than one. When you fill out the application, just let me know how many you would like and we can discuss potential costs for creating additional Signature Scents.
Do you offer international shipping?
No. However, if you live outside of the US and would like to collaborate with me, please let me know and we can see if it is feasible.
Can I resell the wax melts to my readers?
Yes, with an approved Wholesale Application and signed Wholesale Agreement.
Do you offer any guarantees or refunds?
Due to the highly customized nature of scent development, I don't offer traditional guarantees or refunds for this collaboration. However, I do commit to working closely with you throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction. If at any time, you are unsatisfied, please let me know and I will do my best to rectify it.
